I saw this castle structure The Eastern Penitentiary in Pennsylvania 23 years ago. In passing wondered what it was. Seeing the pamphlet at the Independence Center, I had to walk there as where the improper warehousing of our crime victim perpetrators descends from and nonsense is exhibited as a museum and the use for prisons built such as that.
