This film was named The Battle of The Bike Ban in The Great Hall of Cooper Union, Starring Stephen Athineos, as named by Keegan Stephan. This film, the organization TIMES UP! provided me the opportunity to fill the spaces, production hurdles kept from filling in 1987. And allow the Bicycling Community to celebrate with me the honor of defending one of humanity's greatest machines, the bicycle.
