     Get electric in all the cars. The irresponsibility of GAS SUVs these last years. Stepping on progress in pure arrogance. The public's wearing status thinking Charm Braceleted Mobile-Throne glory. 

    AND how many more times does a much-medaled police department executive have to complain (tv news podiumed, yesterday) he's offended people aren't being properly locked up? None of these people take responsibility for jail being such a bad place to be, that criminality's more embedded in desperation than needed and especially not wanted. 

    Our Constitution protects criminals to end desperate criminality and we've kept playing punish to the hilt teaches a lesson. They've lost freedom. Those places should be as comfortable and safe as hotels are supposed to be. Recidivism? Look around. Recidivist is every gas station in country not providing electricity for automobiles. As the hippies would have said - ESTABLISHMENT CON JOB. The lesson is big spenders aren't alienating what's wrong, because so much money's made shortchanging ourselves. What prisoners' families are charged for phone calls, etceteras? Our Justice System should not be so soulless! Not close if so far. 

    How many years late is direct focus on this scam, where motors are on bikes scaring the public and everyone's made hostile as money's more preposterously sliced? Demands the companies know can't be met. Made by politicians that don't know diddly and refuse to read anything different than what their alliances negotiate for them.

    Robert Iger, your team's the one dumped on compromise. Acting like Ritter's dealing with me isn't utterly unconscionable, exposing you. Revenge not my thing.     American-Issue Migrants, even at the south of our border’s home, are perpetually used, and stand as a self- housed border defiant entity. Their use as a strategy of pawning off blame is well documented. New York City’s Tompkins Square Park Riot was confusingly concealed within a riot of faceless participants. No matter the charges, or everyone’s martyrdoms. Notice OCCUPY Wall Street did not allow their being duped into Aggression’s Tactic that would would have meant the demeaning of everything the casual demonstration stood and stands for.

    Right, the Tompkins Square Park Riot is explained by focusing on the poor, wretched, homeless itching to fight? And why such a representation of a professional militaristic Police Force? Even before King Rudy ruled only he and his Henchmen knew, impossibly, everything?

    A lethargic pattern of ignoring community responsibility became a polished park. The Tompkins Square Park Riot Bandshell should be returned to its proper place in Tompkins Square Park.

    I remember the encampment made around the Tompkins Square Park benches. Leveraged, but always under siege to a (Peace) police (Officer) force enforcing poverty’s menagerie vision that it is something they’d not gotten across as a border all on their own. When the tussle wasn't really among those doing the work. Basically. 
    Could have been, and be a minor point that coagulated into such a monstrous mountain in the hands of the willingness to make sure not one damn 1 or 0 ever really ever gave, or gives, a damn. And if the satire fits? Shrug it off. Shake it off. Take it off. Be like the idiot ex-president and insist it doesn't fit. Right. Appled oranges.
 A basic delivery system by efficient machine, was disheveled and tossed away because the ledgers required tightening labors' last survival thread. 

    What amazes couriers most are displays originally planted and grown from ideals enriched generations before generations were even calculated being born.  

    A plaque called for re-supplanting the entire delivery structure, that as moronically applied could be described as in that vain idiot's own style. Undermining a legacy of preserving capitalism's work for the working class. 

Unions already won everything that needs winning. The law requires even where there is no union involvement with a company's business, they're required to have their employees have the same rights. UNIONS already won. The game is paying the ten year retainers lawyers are fed to fight unions. All I care is business is fixed. MY PLATFORM: That was always my thing. Cars moving properly bicyclists can handle it. But not cosmic car speeds and now NARROWED TRAFFIC LANES designed to further alienate the majority voting car drivers. Politics constructed around we can't afford to be safer when MEDICAL INSURANCE itself is such a lucrative industry. Basic bicycle delivery companies in NYC destroyed by apps not paying state health insurance the independents were still required to pay. ALL WHILE THE COURIERS WERE PAID MORE TO WAIT AND PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE the big controlled money threw away a few years ago ending the system of competition for labor the government and everyone else let be gotten away with. Destroy an industry the public has a duty and ability to build back? That's Bicycle Delivery's Stand NOW.

Thank you, Mr. Mayor, I'm required to address this issue too.
COURIERS need $15 to work which means some hours bring in over $20-25 to compensate for lesser hours. Bicycle Couriers will deal with this travesty of justice taking away the customers 10-22 minute delivery window, expectation, that's unwrapped everyone's lives around the algorithmists' rulers unjustified need to pretend ethics aren't quite enough satisfaction. Or what excuse? Broadway celebrities could depend and use restaurants nearby and I'll bet even they've lost faith in a system that said we'll fix ourselves destroying what works. Oh yeah, there's eight years of evidence no one's walking away from. Especially me. Joe Hendry? Anyone is welcome to tell me off Uber? Door Dash? You've both coercively acted in unison as a monopoly destroying the competition for labor established years ago and now Ubereats is weakened so the competition withers away. AND PROMISED CONVENIENCE FOR RESTAURANTS continues as charges hard to absorb when customers are told the app works and problem is everyone else. Problem is APP WORKED VERY WELL as designed by the Bicycle Couriers of San Francisco and when it got here going in, we couriers knew the old was over and uber paid extra hanging around to give the best service and ensure their favored slot. But cabbies frustrated by an insolvent financial flow killed themselves but couriers had our system of competition in place replaced by the corporate will to dominate a simple bicycle business that WILL NOT STAND FOR IT ANYMORE. Fix what's broken because consider me always fixing the mess done to bicycle couriers next. And NOW. NOW! Or an End Result could be what? Keep your money and let New York City and State run the business right for ourselves with your help, please? As I've asked from the beginning for these eight long years till you gave up and decided the extra cars could be filled and what satisfied a suburbs was good enough for a city that's thrived on the bicycle all along. Like China deciding it's okay to choke themselves with the automobile so The Oil-Dripping World allows their tagging along. You midget-head wardens of impoverishment, office narrowed, strung out and tied-up getting along mismanagement of what mismanagement needs to get along. Numbskulls. I have something else to do I'm apparently not making money for doing. YOU PEOPLE. I invested eight years to have the ability to pull in $200 a week for the right hours now, when really needed to focus on my work as the corporation promised all of America, and I got bupkus. Point to what I turn down. I wager all the bicycle couriers dare you ...

    LIARS! I don't believe anyone looked beyond this stifling ideal of let's catch up to inflation and pretend our undermining a decent business model isn't seen. Who is exactly involved with our mayor lying to himself as well? Mayor Adams, please your attention. Because it's broken. THERE IS NO MORE TWO YEARS LEFT TO FIX WHAT IS DESTROYED. period  

    What happened to create another PUBLICITY announcement? Back when the City Council also announced their stake in the future's heart with an utterly irresponsible promise that then set rates plummeting to adapt to bouncing back to a compromise sabotaged before couriers even reached the end of the month.

    Raising, only dropped and tweaks of starting back are sabotaged weekly and even down to daily. Now again the idea of two more years till something is eventually inadequate. 

    Probably always realized, if fired, there's a phone number to call and start legal whatever. When all my texts and pleas ever asked, from the very beginning, was stop ruining what's already fixed. Sometimes people become haunted by the truth and things get faced. And at least I'm facing me.

    To recap, and slide my own neck further, firmly, where the guillotine places me. As of yesterday I have not been fired. Apparently know there's eight years of my getting madder and madder ON THE RECORD. And when I'm done with this page, as an essay, and proposal, I'm sending it to Albany and calling the next day to see if anyone has the guts to venture with me in understanding where I stand. ... I can not claim that I was there at the beginning of messenger history. That would be ridiculous. One of the first notable and, in my view, heroic messengers in recorded history was Pheidippides, who delivered the happy news of the victory of Marathon and then died, thousands of years before I was born. Rudyard Kipling erroneously alluded to sex-work being ‘the oldest profession’, (it was probably tool-makers) but the rise of civilisations and empires in the fourth millennia BCE (six thousand years ago) was reliant on the development of a civil service, for the chattels of the ruling castes must be counted, and the results of the accounting would have been transmitted to the rulers via a network of state controlled messengers. According to the Wikipedia entry ‘History of Writing’, the following is an excerpt from a Sumerian poem recounting the events of the era: “because the messenger’s mouth was heavy and he couldn’t repeat (the message), the Lord of Kulaba patted some clay and put words on it, like a tablet. Until then, there had been no putting words on clay”. I’m not going to give a potted history of messengers as Rebecca Reilly provided a much more extensive and better researched version in her book, Nerves Of Steel, and also I am here concerned with messenger history of far more recent times, specifically the history of Cycle Messenger Championships (CMC hereafter). ...
